All sales are final
Purchases of annual hosting, delivery add-ons, upgrades, publication credits and ZIP exports are non-refundable. No voluntary refunds, prorated cancellation refunds or cash exchange are offered for unused time, unused credits, downloaded or undownloaded ZIPs, a change of mind, campaign cancellation, election results, or customer DNS/content delays. Statutory rights and remedies which cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
Payment and delivery
Stripe securely hosts checkout for tag.digital Limited. All payments are in HKD and are one-off; annual service renewal is manual. Payment success is confirmed by Stripe before entitlements activate. DNS, HTTPS and background jobs may need additional processing time. Failed publication or ZIP generation can retry without another charge for that same purchased item. A purchased publication credit does not itself publish a draft.
Errors and required remedies
If you believe a charge was duplicated, incorrect or unauthorised, or a paid service cannot be supplied, contact info@tag.one with the order reference and an explanation. Do not send full card details. We will investigate and correct confirmed billing errors, and provide any remedy required by applicable law. This policy does not prevent a lawful complaint or payment dispute. Any required repayment is normally returned to the original payment method; bank processing times may apply.
